Skills

• Strong experience in machine learning and NLP, with emphasis on LLMs
• Proven ability to work with Arabic language models or multilingual NLP
• Proficiency in Python, Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar frameworks
• Experience integrating speech-to-text (Whisper, Vosk, etc.) and text-to-speech (TTS)
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, context management, and agent design
• Ability to evaluate, fine-tune, or deploy open-source models like Jais, Mistral, AraT5, DeepSeek, Phi-3, and others
• Experience with model optimization (quantization, LoRA, distillation) for deployment
• Comfortable in agile, collaborative environments with a problem-solving mindset
